3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account, including automated posts
• Ensuring all business information and project details are accurate
• Managing your social media integrations and connected accounts
• Reviewing and approving content before enabling automation
• Complying with all applicable laws and social media platform policies
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

9. Payment and Billing

Our service operates on a subscription model with the following terms:

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Outbrand and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Content you generate, publish, or authorize for publication
• Your violation of any third-party rights or social media platform policies
• Any claims related to the accuracy or appropriateness of your published content
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• By Us: Immediately for violation of these terms or harmful conduct
• Effect of Termination: Access to the service will be discontinued
• Data Retention: Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding Payments: You remain responsible for any unpaid fees

Upon termination, you should disconnect all social media integrations and export any data you wish to retain.
